One Hundred little journalists from Changsha Evening Newspaper visited “Charm of Silver Jewelries -- Exhibition of Silver Jewelries of Miao Ethnic Group from Hunan, Guangxi and Guizhou” last weekend, listening to the exotic stories of Miao Ethnic Group and appreciating the beauty of Miao silver jewelries.

First of all, the little journalists watched the videos about the traditions and customs of Miao people, and how to produce and wear the sliver jewelries, gaining some knowledge about the life and festivals of the Miao people and marveling at the complicated and exquisite craftsmanship of the hand-making process of silver jewelries.

Then, a guided tour around the exhibition hall  followed where the little journalists got deeper understanding on the meanings of the patterns on the objects and the techniques of silver crafting. While visiting, the little journalists wrote down the names and details as well as the questions concerning the silver collections they were interested in.
