Assessment list of top 15 museums

 2011 Assessment Result of First-Grade Museums in China was released this month by Chinese Museums Association, entrusted by State Administration of Cultural Relics.

According to the report, among the 84 fist-grade museums in China, 61 of them are “qualified” and 13 are “basically qualified”.

Ranked among top five are Shanghai Museum, Nanjing Museum, Palace Museum, Hunan Provincial Museum and Capital Museum.
