Audiences Left Hunan Provincial Museum over 100,000 Messages

According to the press conference held by International Communication Office of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Hunan Provincial Museum had received 4.37 million audiences and got over 100,000 messages left by the visitors in more than 300 visitor’s books from the implementation of free-admission policy to the end of 2010. Among all the messages, 96% of visitors expressed their satisfaction and thanks to the excellent exhibitions and services provided by the museum, while the rest gave the museum some suggestions and criticisms.

The typical messages are excerpted as follows:

1. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful to us.

2. The guided tour is wonderful!

3. I like the exhibits and environment of the museum.

4. I’ve queued for a long time to get a ticket.

5. It’s too crowded, and some visitors speak too loudly.
