People visit an exhibition held in the Museum of the War of Chinese People’s Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in Beijing, capital of China, Sept. 18, 2011. The exhibition, which displayed some 600 relics and 133 photos, kicked off on Sunday, to commemorate the 66th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the 80th anniversary of the September 18 Incident. It will last to March 31, 2012. Japanese forces attacked the barracks of Chinese troops in Shenyang, now capital of northeast China’s Liaoning Province, on Sept. 18, 1931, marking the beginning of the Japanese invasion and occupation of northeast China that lasted for 14 years.
