The Exhibition of High-quality Photographic Works of “A Beautiful New Era-the Profound Ties of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi Provinces” Was Launched in the Hunan Museum
On the morning of December 12, the exhibition of high-quality photographic works of “A Beautiful New Era-the Profound Ties of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi Provinces”, which is jointly organized by Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, co-sponsored by the Hunan Museum, Hunan Provincial Academy of Fine Arts, Hunan Provincial Art Photography Institute, and hosted by a cultural tourism service company, was opened in the Hunan Museum. The exhibition runs until December 17 and is free and open to the public.
Shangbin, deputy director of Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Chen Zugang, first-class inspector of Hubei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Deng Zezhou, second-class inspector of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Xiequn, second-class inspector of Hunan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Hu Aimin, deputy director of the regional department of Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Duan Xiaoming, director of the Hunan Museum, Ye Jianwu, director of the Hunan Provincial Library of Juveniles and Children, Guwei, deputy dean of the Hunan Provincial Institute of Calligraphy , Zhaijian, deputy chairman of the Hunan Provincial Association of Photography, He Dongan, chairman of the Hunan Provincial Association of Art and Photography, representatives of three provinces’ Department of Culture and Tourism and related personnel, representatives of invited photographers from three provinces, One-card Pass CO Ltd, China Post Group Hunan Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Hunan Branch, China National Petroleum Corporation Hunan Branch, China Construction Bank Hunan Branch, Paper Art Museum and other representatives, Hunan Provincial Environmental Protection Vocational and Technical College of the Department of Art, as well as media reporters of more than 150 people attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Hu Pizhi, director of the Promotion, Communication and Exchange and Cooperation Department of Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.
At the opening ceremony, Shang Bin, Chen Zugang and Deng Zezhou issued certificates to the representatives of the photographer of this excellent photography exhibition.
Holding this exhibition is one of the important cultural and tourism exchange activities to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, to implement the major deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and promoting the rise of central China, to expand and deepen the results of the Symposium on Synergizing the Promotion of High-quality Development of Three Provinces in the Middle Reach of the Yangtze River, to promote the coordinated development of the three provinces in humanistic regions, and to implement the "Key Points of Promoting Synergistic Development of Three Provinces in the Middle Reach of the Yangtze River for the Year 2023".
With the theme of “A Beautiful New Era-the Profound Ties of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi Provinces”, this exhibition showcases a number of photographic works on the beautiful natural scenery, rich cultural heritage and the spirit of people's life in the new era of three provinces. It is envisioned that this exhibition can facilitate the communication, promotion and collaboration of culture and tourism the three provinces, practice the concept of integration and development of “culture shaping tourism and tourism manifesting culture”, provide cultural and tourism empowerment to the rise of the central region, and contribute to the collaborative and high-quality development of the three provinces with the power of culture and tourism.
The exhibition is divided into three parts, namely Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi, with picturesque depictions of ecologically livable and beautiful villages, artistic captures of a better life of material and spiritual affluence, and vivid close-ups focusing on the magnificent mountains and rivers and the tourism industry. Photographers capture the things around them and the wonderful moments with their distinctive artistic perspectives and senses. The water of Xiangjiang, Hanjiang and Ganjiang rivers, meandering and endless, converge in the embrace of the Yangtze River, showing the magnificent poetry written by nature.
The exhibition displayed 200 pieces(80 from Hunan Province, 60 from Hubei Province and 60 from Jiangxi Province) of photographic works. These photographic works, basically, reflect the local artists’ current situation and skill level of creation. With their own lens, they composed a beautiful melody one after another, singing the praises of this beautiful new era. Meanwhile, it also further deepens the cultural exchanges and cooperation between Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi, transmits the positive energy of photographic artists in the three provinces, creates a favorable social atmosphere, encourages and stimulates the enthusiasm of more photographic enthusiasts, and promotes the continuous prosperity of the photography industry.
