Guqin Fans Show III Held at Hunan Provincial Museum

On the afternoon of August 14, “Guqin Fans Show III: Teenagers and Seven-stringed Zithers”, as an interactive part of “Finding Soul Friends in Guqin Melody: Exhibition of Seven-stringed Zithers”, was held on the third floor of the Exhibition Building where 30 pieces of Guqin ranging from Tang Dynasty (618—907AD) and the Republic of China period (1912-1949) are displayed.

17 students in total from middle and primary schools applied and participated in this event. Guqin playing, recitation to the Guqin melody, Guqin-themed storytelling and even hosting the show, a special and colorful theatrical performance at the gallery was presented to the audiences through their cooperation and meticulously preparation.
