Hunan Society of Museums Holds the Fourth Session of the Sixth Standing Council

The fourth session of the sixth standing council of Hunan Society of Museums was held at Hunan Provincial Museum on April 1, with the attendance of dozens of executive members of the council and representatives. This conference, prepared, organized and coordinated by Hunan Provincial Museum, the institute where the Society Secretariat is located, was chaired by Chen Jianming, president of Hunan Society of Museums and director of Hunan Provincial Museum. Liu Xiaobao, vice director, Liu Chun, vice director, Chen Xuliang, secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Huang Lei, Ou Jinlin and Niefei, department heads attended the conference.

It is the first conference of Hunan Society of Museums this year. During the conference, statement of 2010 was reported, working plan of 2011 and such important projects as the annual meeting of 2011, compilation and publication of papers were discussed, 2011 Working Plan of Hunan Society of Museums was approved, membership fee standard in 2011 was formulated and the list of 15 new individual members was examined and approved. He Qiang, vice director-general of Hunan Administration of Cultural Heritage attended and addressed the conference.
