Charm of Silver Jewelries
Through this exhibition, visitors can not only learn about the various types of Miao silver jewelries, but also can obtain the knowledge on the similarities and differences of silver jewelries between different places which also indicate the passion and hope held by Miao people towards the future as well as the such characteristics of Miao ethnical minority as totemism, migrating culture, etc. As a part of Miao people’s dresses, silver jewelries have been praised as “the long history that people wear”. Therefore, visitors will experience a journey into the history of Miao people through this exhibition.
The exhibition will be open to the public for free from March 29 to May 4.
